Intercontinental's Ambassador rewards program is targeted at guests of InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. The Ambassador program offers a range of first-class services and exclusive benefits to Intercontinental's guests.

What are the benefits of InterContinental Ambassador status?

 

InterContinental Ambassador status holders are entitled to higher levels of recognition valid only at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts

Members will receive the following benefits at InterContinental brand hotels:

  • Upgrade to a superior room
  • Priority waitlist reservations
  • Late checkout until 4:00 pm
  • Instant check-in
  • Instant checkout
  • Complimentary Weekend Night Certificate upon enrollment and renewal
  • Fresh fruit and mineral water upon arrival
  • VIP greeting and in-room welcome gift
  • One free pay TV movie per stay (where available)
  • Complimentary standard newspaper delivered to members' room every day
  • Airport chauffeur service (at published rate)

How to Earn

  • New members fee for 12 months of membership: $200
  • Priority Club Rewards members: 32,000 points
  • After 12 months, members can renew membership for an annual fee of $150

How to Redeem

Reward Nights:

  1. Reward Night rooms do not include food and beverages, gratuities or incidentals
  2. These charges are to be paid directly to the hotel prior to check-out. Transportation costs to and from the hotel are not included
  3. Specified hotel brand category point requirements are valid for InterContinental Hotels Group hotels worldwide
  4. Reward nights at all-inclusive resorts cover all-inclusive benefits and require a 10,000-point supplement per night
  5. All-inclusive plans are based on double occupancy
  6. Extra person charges apply beyond double occupancy
  7. Priority Club reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Reward Nights program at any time without notice
  8. Participating hotels may be added or deleted from any brand or destination category while this offer lasts. The rewards are void where prohibited by law
  9. Priority Club points or airline miles are not awarded for the room rate equivalent on Reward Night stays; however, points are awarded for all other eligible charges to the member's room except at InterContinental Hotels and Resorts
  10. Reward Night stays are defined as those in which a member redeems points for a Reward Night
  11. Reward Night reservations are not travel agent commissionable
  12. Point values for any hotel or destination may change at any time
  13. Points have no value until presented for redemption by the member
  14. Priority Club members who cancel their Reward Night reservation will have their points used for that reservation re-deposited into the member's Priority Club account, and may be subjected to a processing fee
  15. Priority Club members who do not cancel their Reward Night reservation by the cancellation deadline and do not use their reservation (no-show) are still subject to a no-show charge for the first night of the reservation, plus tax, per room, billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation upon booking
  16. The points redeemed for the no-showed Reward Night reservation will be re-deposited into the member's Priority Club account
  17. Priority Club members may redeem points for Reward Nights by calling the Priority Club Service Center in their region or by reserving the Reward Nights online at www.priorityclub.com. Members must be logged in to redeem points online for a Reward Night
  18. Reward Night reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation
  19. Reward Night reservations can be cancelled online but cannot be modified
  20. Priority Club PointBreaks are a feature of Reward Nights
  21. Point Breaks are Reward Nights priced at 5,000 points at selected hotels for a limited period of time, instead of the standard redemption rate
  22. Priority Club PointBreaks Reward Nights are based on availability and PointBreaks locations may be added or deleted at any time
  23. Last Minute Reward Nights are a feature of Reward Nights
  24. Last Minute Reward Nights are Reward Nights available at up to 50% off the standard Reward Night redemption rates at selected hotels for a very limited period of time, which will vary by offer
  25. Last Minute Reward Nights are based on availability and Last Minute Reward Night locations may be added or deleted at any time
  26. All other Reward Night terms and conditions apply
  • Priority Club Rewards "Points & Cash" is an option for obtaining a Reward Night
  • Members may choose to redeem Priority Club points for a Reward Night in three ways:
    • using their existing points for all required points for the desired Reward Night
    • using their existing points and 5,000 points purchased for U.S. $40 to total the required points
    • using existing points and 10,000 points purchased for U.S. $60 to total the required points
  • The total purchase on any single day may not exceed $240 U.S. Points & Cash Reward Nights may only be redeemed online at www.priorityclub.com.
  • Point purchase amounts are subject to change by PCR
  • Members must use a valid credit card for points purchase
  • Upon completion of the points purchase, members agree that the total dollar amount will be immediately charged to the credit card specified
  • The cost for the points purchased is non-refundable
  • If the Reward Night is cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and with each hotel's cancellation policy, the purchased Priority Club points will be re-deposited into their Priority Club Rewards account
  • Cash components of this award that are paid in currencies other than U.S. dollars will be adjusted by Priority Club Rewards, as needed, to reflect the USD equivalent of the non-USD payment at that time
  • All other Reward Night terms and conditions apply

There is no Elite status directly connected to InterContinental Ambassador Program, however there are Priority Club Rewards Program Elite statuses, which Intercontinental Hotels also participates in
