Exclusive rewards to help businesses

Now there is a hotel rewards program specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. and Canada-Club Carlson for Business

Through Club Carlson for Business, member companies can earn Gold Points towards free hotel nights and other valuable rewards when their employees, contractors, vendors, and business associates stay on business at any of more than 600 participating Carlson hotels in the U.S. and Canada. Travelers may also earn points for the same stays with their individual Club Carlson accounts.

Member companies will also enjoy a 5% discount off standard nightly rate when staying at any of hotels in the U.S. and Canada

Program Benefits

This program is designed for Small/Medium sized businesses that don't already have an existing Preferred Corporate Rate (PCR) with Carlson Hotels.

Through Club Carlson for Business, a company can earn Gold Points towards free hotel nights and other valuable rewards when employees, contractors, vendors, and business associates stay on business at any of Club Carlson's more than 600 participating Carlson hotels in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Member companies will also enjoy a 5% discount off standard nightly rate when staying at any eligible hotels in the USA and Canada

Travelers may also earn points for the same stays with individual Club Carlson accounts

How to Earn

Through Club Carlson for Business, companies can earn Gold Points towards free hotel nights and other valuable rewards when employees, contractors, vendors, and business associates stay on business at any of more than 600 participating Carlson hotels in the U.S. and Canada.

  • 5% discount off standard nightly rates when staying at Carlson hotels (US and Canada)

Earning Points:

 

Members of Club Carlson for Business will be issued a company ID and will earn Gold Points for every eligible reservation that includes the company ID

  • Earn 8 Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent on hotel nights at Radisson, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, Park Inn and Park Plaza hotels with the U.S. and Canada
  • Earn 2 additional Gold Points per U.S. dollar spent on hotel nights within the U.S. and Canada booked online at clubcarlson.com, Radisson.com, CountryInns.com, ParkInn.com and ParkPlaza.com or booked using any of the mobile versions of web sites

Whenever members arrange hotel stays for employees, vendors, or business partners, they should be sure to include the company ID to earn Gold Points for their company.  And their travelers may also continue to earn Gold Points through their individual Club Carlson memberships for the same hotel stays.

How to Redeem

Room Upgrade Info

There are complimentary room upgrades for Club Carlson Silver, Gold, and Concierge Elite members.

 

Upgrade is determined by the participating hotel depending on availability at time of check-in. Upgraded rooms may include higher or lower floor, rooms with a preferred view, or newly renovated rooms.

Time for Points to Post to Account

Members can typically expect to see an updated point balance within seven to ten business days following a hotel stay

Age Requirement to Join

The Administrator of the account must be an individual who is at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the place where the Administrator lives, whichever is older.
